About Me
I’m Missy Davis — a speech pathologist with a big soft spot for the arts. My creative journey began over 30 years ago with photography, and in the last 2½ years I’ve fallen headfirst into watercolor. With every new piece I paint I grow and learn, starting with custom pet portraits and expanding into butterflies, hummingbirds, flowers, landscapes, and more.
I’d love to share that passion with you and help you bring one of my paintings into your home.
I have also been blessed to have written two children’s books which are available at Amazon.com. You can find the link on my website.

Why choose Missy’s Watercolors and More
Skilled, detail-oriented work: I combine technical watercolor skill with a compassionate eye for the little things that make your subject unique — the curl of a smile, the tilt of an ear, the light on a pet’s fur.
Bringing life’s beauty to canvas through watercolors, one brushstroke at a time.
Timely, reliable service: I respect deadlines and keep you informed at every step, from initial sketch to final varnish.
Custom-focused process: I listen carefully to your vision, provide clear mockups, and incorporate your feedback so the final piece feels truly yours.
High-quality materials and presentation: Archival watercolor paper, lightfast pigments, professional mounting options if available at the time— your artwork is built to last. This can be discussed with Missy.
Flexible offerings and sizes: From small keepsakes to larger statement pieces, I tailor scope and pricing to fit your needs and budget.
Compassionate customer care: I value the emotional importance of many commissions (memorials, pet tributes, wedding keepsakes) and handle each with sensitivity and respect.
